Subscriptions & billing

InferSports plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. Subscriptions are purchased and managed on the web at infersports.ai, with payments processed by Stripe.

• Change or cancel your plan: sign in on the web and open Account → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep your paid features until then.
• Receipts and payment method: available from the same billing page.
• Billing questions or refunds: email us and include the date and amount of the charge.

Delete your account and data

You can ask us to delete your InferSports account and the personal data tied to it at any time, whether you signed up on the web, iOS, or Android.

1. Email support@infersports.ai from the address on your account, with the subject line “Delete my account”.
2. If you have an active paid plan, cancel it first (see above) so you are not billed again.
3. We will confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted: your profile (name, email, phone number), preferences and alert settings, your Bet Tracker history, and your Ask Infer questions.

What we keep, and for how long: records of payments and subscriptions that we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes (held by us and by Stripe, typically up to 7 years), and information in routine system backups, which is overwritten within 35 days. Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you are not affected.

Common questions

Does InferSports take bets?

No. InferSports is an information and analytics service. We don't accept wagers, hold funds, or place bets for you.

Which sports are covered?

NFL and College Football today; NHL, NBA and College Basketball this fall; baseball in the spring. Sharp and Originator include new sports as they launch.

What is CLV?

Closing-line value measures whether you beat the final market price on a bet. Over time, consistently beating the close is one of the best available signals of a real edge, which is why every InferSports plan grades your bets on it.

I'm not getting alerts.

Check that notifications are allowed for InferSports in your device settings, and that your phone number is verified under Account if you use text alerts. If they still don't arrive, email us.
